Your order is only considered accepted once Fam.heart.bijoux has confirmed it in writing. We must receive and process your payment before your order is confirmed. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Fam.heart.bijoux may not be able to accept cancellation requests once the order has been confirmed. If your order is declined, changed or cancelled, we will try to contact you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed.

As soon as the products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.

Fam.heart.bijoux is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide you with the Services. However, any sale or purchase made in our Store is made directly with Fam.heart.bijoux.
