You can add a new charm at every important milestone in your life. Simply send your piece back to the atelier: we will add the charms you have chosen with the greatest care, so that your creation keeps telling your story.
How long does it take to make?
Every piece is made to order in our Paris atelier, with the greatest care.
Your creation is assembled within 24 hours, then shipped straight away.
Delivery takes up to 8 working days anywhere in France, with tracked shipping.
In Paris, same-day hand delivery is possible.
For urgent requests, an express delivery option is also available.
We stay reachable with a quick reply on Instagram, so that your experience is as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Is the jewelry water-resistant?
To preserve the shine and the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding any prolonged contact with water (shower, swimming pool, sea), as well as perfumes and chemical products.
When you are not wearing it, remember to store it carefully so that it keeps all its brilliance over time.
Is the jewelry guaranteed?
In the event of a defect, we will work with you quickly to find a solution.
My charms are losing their shine, what should I do?
Our charms are designed to last and to accompany you day to day.
However, to preserve their shine over time, it is essential not to expose them to water (shower, swimming pool, sea), or to perfumes and chemical products. We recommend always removing your piece before any exposure to these elements.
A care guide is included with every order: we invite you to refer to it for the right habits day to day.
If your charms begin to lose their shine, this is generally linked to exposure to these outside factors. Good care significantly extends how long they keep their finish.
If, despite following this advice and the care guide, you notice a change, our customer service team is of course there to help you.
Wear to the charms linked to use, or to not following the care advice, cannot unfortunately be considered a product defect, and therefore does not give rise to replacement or refund.
