Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You therefore have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return label together with shipping instructions. No return will be accepted without a prior request.

Personalized products

As our jewelry is made to order and personalized, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Damage and issues

We invite you to check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can find a suitable solution.

Specific conditions

Certain items cannot be returned, in particular:

• personalized products
• items on sale
• gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have, then place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with its packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been accepted or declined.
If it is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note

Wear to the charms linked to use, or to not following the care advice, cannot unfortunately be considered a product defect, and therefore does not give rise to replacement or refund.

A care guide is included with every order: we recommend referring to it to keep your piece shining over time.
