Your order is prepared with care, then shipped quickly.

Delivery times

• Delivery within 5 working days after dispatch
• Tracked shipping, so you can follow your order at every step

Hand delivery in Paris

For orders in Paris, same-day hand delivery is possible via the Stuart service.
This option means your piece reaches you quickly and securely.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt to make a return.

The jewelry must be:

• unworn
• in perfect condition
• returned in its original packaging

Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect.

Warranty

All our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date you receive your order.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
